And how GRATITUDE makes you feel SO GOOD to be ALIVE!

You know that COMING HOME to JOY isn’t about turning a blind eye 

to the STRUGGLES we each face,

the WOUNDS we need to heal,

or the troubling conditions we see others going through.

We’ve found that Gratitude is most definitely NOT ABOUT PRETENDING that we’re okay when we’re not, and that everything is perfect every day of our lives.

No! Because we know what perfectionism does:

It ROBS us of OUR JOY.💔 

And Joy is happening ⬇️

In. This. Very. Moment. 

Just pause and take a peek; it’s there.

Even in the darkness of shadows, the ravages of illness, and in that bone-deep sadness of temporary despair. 

Yeah, we’re still gonna feel the setbacks, the events that stun us like a lazer—the aching losses of precious people, those evaporated hopes and dreams, the challenges with money, relationships, work, bills, and yes, these burdens will still be part of our lives.

But by focusing on

WHAT is PRESENT.

WHAT is GOOD.

WHAT is VALUABLE.

WHAT is REAL

and WHAT is GUIDING YOU toward THE JOY OF GRATITUDE—

you realize that none of the externals change—

YOU CHANGE. ✨✨✨

And you find—it’s easier to stay in a THAT HIGHER VIBRATION, better equipped to handle whatever comes your way. 

Grateful for the WISDOM, 

STRONGER for the struggles, 

MORE COMPASSIONATE with others.

More BALANCED & AWARE.
