This retreat was better than Miraval! The Ranch, Cynthia’s loving hospitality, our adventuresome activities, plus my fellow sisters made me feel completely supported and held. The silent retreat was powerful!
The day we hiked into the mountains and planted baby saplings in a burned out area of forest was truly one of the 10 best days of my life! This yoga retreat challenged and delighted, as Cynthia choreographed it so well, I wouldn’t change a thing, and can’t wait to return.
I’m so glad I went on this retreat!! I throughly enjoyed a life changing and soulful experience with a wonderful and amazing group of women. We were expertly instructedby Cynthia, who led a meditation workshop, and daily yoga that was inspiring for all levels. We also had a cool Ayurveda workshop in town with a local teacher. The location of this retreat was awe-inspiring! What a major bonding experience to hike to an elevation of 8,375 ft. with our expert forest guide, & our entire group. The ranch in Bayfield was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Cynthia, for your guidance and support!
The Natural High Yoga Retreat was a pivot point that changed my life!
