Those life lessons led Bridgette to seek a more balanced legal career, now she serves as general counsel for a large non-profit client and is a certified yoga teacher.
I love how Bridge answered the call to weave yogic harmony into her life and weave it back into the world. She vibrates love and kindness, joy and harmony and will thread it right into our atoms and cells with her class!

Welcome Kristi Kuttner, a bright light in our rich So-Cal wellness community. Kristi is a gifted Sound Healer, Reiki Master teacher, and 500 E-RYT Yoga & Meditation teacher who lives and breathes the mantra, “Heal yourself, heal the world.”
Kristi is enhancing our yogic experience by bringing harmony through sound—where stillness meets vibration, and the soul remembers its natural rhythm—weaving her healing sound vibrations into our yoga practice.
