The True North Yoga Retreat was a life-affirming giant hug for my soul! And Cynthia’s love language, her amazing meals were prepared to succulent perfection! Practicing yoga regularly and doing mini retreats with Cynthia has made me a better person all the way around, and that’s a big statement! I cherish all I’ve learned, enjoyed and completed along the way. We bend and stretch, not only our bodies, but our minds…our souls go on a real adventure.

This retreat was better than Miraval! The Ranch, Cynthia’s loving hospitality, our adventuresome activities, plus my fellow sisters made me feel completely supported and held. The silent retreat was powerful!
The day we hiked into the mountains and planted baby saplings in a burned out area of forest was truly one of the 10 best days of my life! This yoga retreat challenged and delighted, as Cynthia choreographed it so well, I wouldn’t change a thing, and can’t wait to return.
Shine Your Light Yoga Retreat hosted by Cynthia Delaney of Equilibrium more than met my expectations. When going to a retreat you hope you will relax, reflect and hopefully transform a part or parts of your life you are working on. For starters, the picturesque ranch is surrounded by mountains, fields and horses grazing in the distance. We all felt a beautiful positive energy surround and enchant us. Cynthia did an excellent job of curating and leading a group of women, some who hadn’t met each other. Somehow we seemed to bond instantly during our initial meeting on the cozy front porch, sipping our drinks and sharing our stories while the sun was setting. Over the course of the four day weekend there was a mix of yoga, meditation, giggling, tears, hand holding, hiking and fun. We all left feeling uplifted with goals, plans and new friends.
I’m so glad I went on this retreat!! I throughly enjoyed a life changing and soulful experience with a wonderful and amazing group of women. We were expertly instructedby Cynthia, who led a meditation workshop, and daily yoga that was inspiring for all levels. We also had a cool Ayurveda workshop in town with a local teacher. The location of this retreat was awe-inspiring! What a major bonding experience to hike to an elevation of 8,375 ft. with our expert forest guide, & our entire group. The ranch in Bayfield was absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Cynthia, for your guidance and support!
The Natural High Yoga Retreat was a pivot point that changed my life! Long story short, when I returned home from the ranch, I was gifted with a blessing that I believe was nothing short of a miracle! I’m tremendously grateful to Cynthia for holding the space for transformation and guiding us to open our hearts so completely to the Universe.
