Meet Bridgette, a lifelong yogi, whose mission for 15 years was guiding justice to claimants as a medical defense/catastrophic injury trial lawyer, while being a single mom! Life lessons brought Bridgette to seek a more balanced legal career, now she serves as general counsel for a large non-profit client.
Four years ago, Bridgette’s love of yoga led her to YTT—yoga teacher training— for more personal peace and space for her self-growth. Bridgette quickly discovered the call to weave the harmony of yoga back into the world, and began teaching yoga as well.
I love her Yin classes! Bridgette vibrates love and kindness, joy and harmony into your atoms and cells! She’ll be guiding us from Sculpt into a restorative yoga nest.
*You’re invited to bring a pillow, blanket, and any props for your yoga mat for deep nourishment with Bridgette’s healing class.
